Originally constructed in 1890 as a textile processing mill, this grand old building was converted into 50 unique condominiums in 1996. Situated across the tracks from Seaboard Station (once a major rail station in Raleigh) and Peace College, the Cotton Mill now serves as a home for residents who enjoy a close proximity to downtown Raleigh as well as easy access to Research Triangle Park, RDU International Airport, Durham, Chapel Hill and the rest of the Triangle region.

All condos feature high ceilings (14'-17'), and large windows providing an abundance of natural light and excellent views. Throughout the building are exposed timber beams that are well over a hundred years old. All units are owned by individual homeowners. Only 10 units may be rented by their owners at any given time.
